全军创伤修复与组织再生重点实验室

-组织修复与再生医学实验室简介

组织修复与再生医学实验室(平台)是全军创伤修复与组织再生重点实验室和北京市皮肤损伤修复与再生医学重点实验室的重要组成部分。主要从事皮肤、内脏等重要组织器官损伤后的修复与再生的基础研究和临床转化应用研究等工作。主要领域涉及生长因子生物学、干细胞生物学、组织工程学、严重创伤重要内脏缺血性损伤的主动修复与再生研究等。

该实验室的主要学术成绩包括:在国内最早系统开展生长因子与创伤修复的基础和临床转化研究,阐明了生长因子调控创伤修复与组织再生相关机制,牵头参与了我国第一个用于创伤治疗的生长因子基因工程国家一类新药的大规模临床试验,与企业合作,推动了我国第一个用于创伤治疗的基因工程国家一类新药的生产和临床应用;探明在严重创(战)伤条件下机体重要内脏缺血性损伤发生机制以及基于这些机制建立有效的促进重要内脏损伤主动修复的实用方法和技术,最终应用于临床患者治疗;在国际著名医学杂志Lancet首先报告了表皮细胞通过去分化途径转变为表皮干细胞的重要生物学现象,所带领的团队在国际上首先利用自体干细胞再生汗腺获得成功,为解决严重创烧伤患者后期的出汗难题提供了基础,被国际同行评价为“里程碑式的研究”。

以首席科学家身份获国家973“创伤和组织修复与再生项目”、国家自然科学基金创新群体项目、国家杰出青年科学基金(1995)、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家“863”项目、全军“十二五”战创伤重大项目等共计40余项;获国家、军队和省部级二等奖以上科技成果奖21项,其中以第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖3项,军队和省部级科技进步一等奖3项。已主编出版《再生医学:基础与临床》、《再生医学:原理与实践》和《现代创伤修复学》等大型学术专著12部。发表学术论文500余篇,其中SCI论文近120篇,包括Lancet和Science(中国再生医学专辑)等国际著名杂志。

付小兵院士为该研究方向负责人。付小兵院士担任首存彩金论坛总医院生命科学院院长、基础所所长,博士生导师,南开大学教授,中国医科大学等国内10所大学客座教授。长期从事创伤修复与组织再生研究工作。担任国际创伤愈合联盟执委、国家自然科学基金评委和咨询委员、国家科技进步奖评委、中华医学会创伤学分会主任委员和全军战创伤专业委员会主任委员等学术职务。担任《国际创伤修复与再生杂志》及中华创伤杂志(中、英文版)编委、副主编等20余个杂志职务。是国家973创伤和组织修复与再生项目、全军“十二五”计划重大项目首席科学家、国家自然科学基金创新群体负责人、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。主编学术专著12部,参加编著30余部,发表论文400余篇,其中SCI论文120余篇。以第一完成人获国家科技进步二等奖3项。获何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖、首届全国百名优秀中青年医学科技之星、求是杰出青年奖、工程院光华青年奖、总后十大杰出青年、科技金星等称号。2008年获“国际创伤修复研究终身成就奖”。荣立一等功1次。

该研究方向现有固定工作人员为8人,在读博士后、博士、硕士生研究生以及客座研究人员20余人。其中正高级人员1名,副高级人员3名。

该研究方向(平台)重点功能单元包括:干细胞诱导分化与组织再生技术、大规模细胞培养技术、组织工程构建技术、组织学和细胞生物学技术以及GLP实验平台等。

Brief Introduction about the Laboratory of Tissue Repair and Regeneration

 

The research fields in this laboratory have been focused on growth factors and tissue repair, stem cells and tissue regeneration, and repair of internal organ after trauma, firearm injuries, and burns. This laboratory has been supported in part by the National Basic Science and Development Program (973 Program), National High-Technique Program (863 Program), National Distinguished Young Scientists and National Natural Science Foundation of China. They have published over 500 scientific papers, including about 120 articles in international journals.

With major financial support from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other important grants, this laboratory has made much progress in the fields of trauma, tissue repair and regeneration, especially in the fields of functions and the use of growth factors, and their effects in regulating wound healing; Work has been done on biological functions of stem cells, and the transformation of stem cells into functioning sweat gland cells for their future transplantation into newly formed epithelium after burn injury.

Dr. Fu is a professor and director of this laboratory. He is the director of the Institute of Basic Medical Science, College of Life Sciences, General Hospital of PLA (301st Hospital), Medical College of PLA. He is president of the Chinese Tissue Repair Society (CTRS) and the Chinese Trauma Society (CTS). He serves as a member of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the World Union of Wound Healing Societies (WUWHS), and also an editorial board member of international journals, including Wound Repair and Regeneration, International Wound Journal, International Lower Extremity Wound Journal, Advances in Wound Care, Science in China (Series C) and Chinese Medical Journal (English). As an editor in chief, he has published 12 books, including “Regenerative Medicine: Basic Principle and Practices”, “Modern Truamatology” etc. He has won numerous international and national prizes for his achievements in the past twenty years. Dr. Fu has been invited to give lecture in more than 12 countries, including the United States of America, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, Italy, France, and Vietnam. He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Third Joint Meeting of the European Tissue Repair Society and the Wound Healing Society held in Bordeaux, in 1999, and has been Scientific Committee Member of WUWHS congress in the past 12 years.

Dr. Fu was elected to the Chinese Academy of Engineering (Division of Medical and Health), in 2009.
